Angela Kerek is a partner in Morrison & Foerster’s Berlin office and is the head of the German Finance Practice. Her practice focuses on syndicated loans, corporate and acquisition finance, venture loans, receivables financing, Schuldscheindarlehen, financings through alternative credit provider and restructurings. Angela advises listed and private corporates, family businesses, start-ups, funds, banks and investors. Angela worked for the Global Restructuring Group at The Royal Bank of Scotland in London in 2010, is a member of the Female Advisory Board of HypoVereinsbank in Frankfurt and holds an executive MBA degree of the Kellogg School of Management and WHU.
