MARTIN VADING

Mårten has built a strong position for Kreos as the market-leader in Europe with a particular focus on the Nordics and the DACH region. He has also executed a number of transactions in the UK and Ireland and supports the portfolio throughout Europe as well as plays a key role in the management and execution of Kreos’s overall strategy.

Mårten has more than 20 years of financial industry experience ranging from direct equity and debt investment to risk and investment management, and previously worked for a number of years as a Director at UBS Warburg’s technology investment banking arm. Prior to UBS, Mårten was a Management Consultant at Ernst & Young International in the Nordic region, where he worked with large multi-national corporate clients, advising on interest and currency risk management, asset and liability management, fund management and cash management as well as investor relations.

Mårten holds an M.Sc. from the Stockholm School of Economics and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a dual major in (i) Finance and (ii) Financial Control & Planning
